Go to Setup and select Staff Records. (If you dont have access to this, someone on site should be able to do this for you - see manager)
On the window that displays, select New.
Enter the staff details on the Details tab and then go to the Departments tab.
Select the required Department, Privileges and the branch the technician needs access to. (Please note tech passwords must be numeric)
Select the Technicians tab and select Add details - ensure there is a Skill Set (1) and efficiency enter (100% if full-time).
Click Save.
