The trial balance can be configured to give more or less break down within the trial balance depending on what the customer requires.
The trial balance can be configured in Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Utilities > Setup > Trial balance setup.
From here you can add Franchises and Makes into the Trial balance setup by selecting Add next to the relevant box.
To save the changes select save in the bottom right hand corner. The system will then run a small rebuild of the nominal.
