How to discount or amend Parts Prices on Point of Sale

If you are trying to amend the parts price/allow discount in the Parts > Point Of Sale- please carry out the following:

Once the part to be sold is entered, select the Override (F2) button next to the price. As highlighted below:

Please note if the Override (F2) function is greyed out the part has not been set up to allow a discount. 

This can be amended in the parts record. 

Selecting the Override button will display the following window:

This window allows you to enter a new sale price or apply a discount to the retail price.

PLEASE NOTE - the sale price is shown on the invoice.
