Navigator is a standard Windows Application and utilises a number of libraries from third parties including Microsoft as well as others.
Unfortunately, the nature of a large scale application such as Navigator is that on certain PC's resources can become tight when shared between applications and this may cause error messages to pop up - often reported as "Unhandled Exception Errors".
We are aware, that in Version 2.1, as it is more resource-hungry and also includes a number of updated third-party libraries that the incidence of this error is higher than we would want for some users.
Currently, we are working with our suppliers of third-party add-ins and with our own Development Team to try to minimize this kind of error as much as we can.
In the meantime, you should find that most of these errors can be safely ignored by clicking on continue. If you get the messages regularly then please try shutting Navigator down and restarting.
There is no specific need to report these errors to the Navigator helpdesk unless:-
a) the error is repeatable from startup every time
b) the error is coming up in the same place very often.
Many thanks for your patience whilst we fine-tune as many of these out as possible.
