Menu pricing is pre set prices for works carried out (includes parts and labour) . When menu pricing is selected for a job, there will be a set price for the work carried out, comprising of both parts and labour. When the job is invoiced the accounts dept will allocate the costs, profits and losses to the relevant departments.
