Firstly you must ensure the staff member is enabled for manual clocking.
To do this you must go into Staff Record > Load Staff Member > Privileges > Manual Clocking.
Then, this part of the system allows technicians who work off-site to manually clock their times onto the system. For the technician to manual add their clocking times go to Workshop > Technicians clock and select the "Manual Clock" button.
The window should be the same as the image shown below:
On this window the technician has the following options:
- Add Non Productive - The technician can add a Non Productive time
- Add Clocking - The technician can add a clocking time.
