To remove trade and fleet customers from service ACM Followups
Go to marketing and view customer /prospect . then profiles (if a company, make sure you use the business profile) then go to marketing profile and the marketing screen will pop up>
In the bottom section under preferences you'll see Fleet customer(ACM). If you tick that box then that customer will not receive service followups.
Just so you are aware, ACM selection happens overnight, so it won't remove any records on there today.
