Occasionally users will experience an error whilst trying to install or upgrade Navigator.
The error message will display as below
This will be caused by the users folder not existing, to create this follow the below steps.
Go to C Drive on customers computer > dms and create a folder (title it with the users name in)
Make sure the server address is added aswell, you can find this by the going to the start menu and typing in Navigator setup, also tick the secure connection box and confirm
