While speaking to the Helpdesk, we may require to log into your machine to help us review your query.
This will be done by the agent sending you an email with a link, it should display as below.
After clicking the JOIN SESSION button in the blue box, the session ID and name will display, please click Join Session again, this will then ask you to download a file.
The download will appear in the bottom left of the screen as ZA_connect.exe, once you have the below screen with the download complete, you'll need to double the file and this will open up the Zoho Assist Program and let the agent connect to your machine.
There may be an additional pop up saying Join Session after you've double clicked the below icon.
