If you are not able to access Digital Service Reception - it is most likely not setup in your staff Privileges.
To add DSR to your Privileges do the following:
On Navigator > Setup > Staff Record - select the required user profile.
On the Staff record select "Privileges" > "Service" - and then tick the option for "Service Digital Reception".
On completion select Save.
The user will need to log out of Navigator and back in to be able to see the new option within the Menu bar.
