To manually create a Sales Enquiry, click the Create Enquiry button on the Sales 360 screen.
Navigator will initially seek to search for an existing customer / prospect from the database, a number of search terms can be entered as necessary :
A new customer/prospect record can optionally be created by clicking "New Customer" and this process is covered here
Once the prospect record is created, the sales enquiry is created and displayed :-
The minimum that is required on a Sales Enquiry to be able to save it is to select an Enquiry Type and Source, and Record a Contact.
