NAVIGATOR CREDIT CARD INTEGRATION
With the latest version of Navigator - all Navigator systems now have the ability to support full Credit Card Integration. This is a completely FREE OF CHARGE addition to Navigator
HOW DOES THIS WORK ?
With credit card integration, the credit card machine is driven by Navigator. This means that when raising an invoice or processing a receipt, Navigator will send the invoice details and the amount required to the Credit Card Machine.
The credit card machine processes the payment and then tell Navigator that it has been completed along with the merchant transaction number.
EASY RECONCILIATION
Navigator has the Credit Card Merchant details and the credit card system has the details of the Navigator transaction. Credit card payments are pretty much self reconciling!
No more searching for credit card slips or working out what a credit card transaction was!
REDUCES PROCESSING ERRORS
The invoiced amount is always exactly the amount taken by the credit/debit card - no keying errors.
