Column 4 = Hours Taken. (Time taken by technician).
Column 5 = Hours Sold. (Time Invoiced).
Column 6 = Labour Sold. (Total labour value invoiced).
Column 7 = Labour COS. (Cost of Labour, ((Time taken x Tech hourly rate)).
Column 8 = Labour Profit. (Labour Sale value minus COS value).
Column 9 = Parts Value. (Total of parts value invoiced).
Column 10 = Menu Discount. (Total discount value).
Column 11 = Labour Recovery. (Labour sold / hours sold)
Column 12 = Labour Efficiency. (Hours sold divided by Hours taken).
Column 13 = Attended Hours. (the difference between clock IN and OUT for the day).
Column 14 = Clocked On Jobs Hours. (Total hours clocked ON productive jobs)
Column 15 = Non Productive Hours. (Total hours clocked to NON-productive jobs).
Column 16 = Utilisation % (Time clocked on job / time attended)
Column 17 = WIP Adjustment (net difference between the time taken on invoices raised, but worked on a previous day and hours clocked but not charged today)
