What does "ALTER" mean?
This is an explanation of what the Type "ALTER" means in a Parts Record.
When entering a Part in the Parts >View/Update Records module, its shows a "TYPE", in some cases this displays as "ALTER"
Once you have loaded up a Part
Regardless of any amendments that has or has not been made, if the Save button is clicked, this will Save the Part as alteration (ALTER)
