To close down a sales enquiry and mark it for next contact for a future date, in the sales enquiry press "record contact"
Enter a note for contact and tick the "follow-up" option highlighted below, fill in the reason for next contact and enter a next contact date and time. Once all the relevant information is filled in press save.
(skip this step if the customer isn't interested in a followup call)
To close the enquiry down, press the "close log" option, mark it as a sale or lost sale and select the reason for lost sale. Then press close. This will clear the enquiry from the sales 360 system.
If a followup date has been set, the enquiry will appear again as a new enquiry on the date set.
