Navigator gives you ability to "reserve" a vehicle for a customer without raising an order against it.
This means that the vehicle cannot be sold to another customer unless it is released from reversation.
To reserve a car go into Vehicle Admin Toolkit and search for the stock number you'd like to reserve.
Click the reserved tab
Once in there press "reserve" and search for the customer that is reserving the vehicle. Double click the customer to select.
If anyone attempts to raise an order on a reserved vehicle, they will see the below message. In order for that vehicle to be sold, it will need to be release via the reserved tab.
Please note there is a display issue which means the customer ID is displayed within the reserved box rather than the customer's name
