Steps to Apply a Discount to a Customer Record

  1. Access the Customer Record

    • Navigate to Marketing > Search
    • Locate and select the customer whose discount needs to be applied
  2. Go to the Profiles Section

    • Click on Profiles
    • Select Parts/Retail Profile from the list
  3. Apply the Discount

    • Locate the discount field
    • Enter the discount percentage or fixed amount to be applied
  4. Save the Changes

    • Confirm and save the updated customer profile
