Steps to Apply a Discount to a Customer Record
Access the Customer Record
- Navigate to Marketing > Search
- Locate and select the customer whose discount needs to be applied
Go to the Profiles Section
- Click on Profiles
- Select Parts/Retail Profile from the list
Apply the Discount
- Locate the discount field
- Enter the discount percentage or fixed amount to be applied
Save the Changes
- Confirm and save the updated customer profile
