How to Allocate Unallocated Parts on a Workshop Job

If a workshop job has unallocated parts, it cannot be invoiced. You’ll encounter an error message stating Unallocated Parts.

Steps to Allocate Parts:

1. Open the relevant Workshop Job.

2. Click Allocate Parts.

3. On the left-hand side, single-click the request line you want to allocate parts to.

4. On the right-hand side, double-click the parts you want to allocate to that request line.

5. Once you're done, press Close to save the allocation.

If you make a mistake:

• Press Clear to remove all allocations.
• Or, double-click the allocated parts to move them back to the right-hand side for reallocation.
