Recurring journals cannot be deleted; they can only be suspended.
How to Suspend a Recurring Journal:
- Navigate to Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Post Recurring Journals.
- Double-click on the journal you want to suspend.
- Check the box labeled "Suspended Journal".
