Assigning a Sales Enquiry to Another Member of Staff

Reassigning a sales enquiry to another Sales Executive is a common task, especially when enquiries are initially logged by a call centre and need to be distributed to the relevant team members. Follow these steps to reassign a sales enquiry:

Step 1: Access the Sales Enquiry

  1. Open the Sales Enquiry that needs to be reassigned.

  2. Click the "Change" button located next to the current Sales Executive's name.

Step 2: Use the Sales Executive Pop-Up

  1. Sales Executive Pop-up window will appear.

  2. Sales Executives are organised into Teams for easier navigation.

  3. On the left-hand side of the pop-up, select the appropriate Sales Executive Team.

  4. On the right-hand side, a list of Sales Executives within that team will be displayed.

Step 3: Reassign the Enquiry

  1. From the list on the right, select the Sales Executive to whom you wish to reassign the enquiry.

  2. The enquiry will now reflect the updated Sales Executive and will be recorded in the enquiry's history.

Step 4: Verify the Change

  1. The reassigned enquiry will automatically appear in the selected Sales Executive's "Today's List" on the main Sales 360 screen.

  2. Confirm the reassignment by reviewing the updated list or history.
