Setting Card Terminal for DOJO Integration

for Navigator Credit Card Terminals which look similar to the above.

 

  1. Access the Menu

    • Press the Menu button twice to access the main system options.

  2. Enter Supervisor Mode

    • Press F3 to enter SUPERVISOR mode.

    • When prompted, enter the supervisor password:

      • Default options are usually 123456 or 01483.

      • If neither works, check with your support team for your assigned password.

  3. Open the Configuration Menu

    • Press the Menu button again to return to the main menu.

  4. Call TMS

    • Select the option labelled Call TMS.

    • This triggers a connection to the Terminal Management System, which will download and apply the latest configuration updates, including integration settings.

  • Open the Menu

    • Tap the three horizontal lines (≡) located at the top left of the terminal screen to access the main menu.

  • Access Settings

    • From the menu, select Settings.

  • Open Integrated Payments

    • In the Settings menu, select Integrated Payments.

  • Enable the Required Function

    • Toggle Integrated Sale (or any other required integration functions) to Enabled.

    • If needed, verify any on-screen prompts or confirmation messages.

  • Return to the Main Menu

    • Tap the back arrow to return to the previous screen.

    • Tap the three lines again to reopen the main menu.

  • Select Integrated Sale

    • From the menu, select Integrated Sale to begin processing integrated transactions.
