This guide introduces users to the Sales 360 module in Navigator, focusing on how to access the interface and understand the different enquiry views available. Sales 360 is the central workspace for managing sales enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in an organised, diary-based interface.
Accessing Sales 360
Log in to Navigator.
From the navigation menu, select Vehicles.
Then choose Sales 360.
You will now be taken to the Main Enquiry View, which is the default landing screen for the module.
Navigating the Main Enquiry View
Defaults to today’s date. Use the left/right arrows at the top left corner to navigate to other dates.
This view shows:
Today’s Contacts – Active enquiries due for action today.
Reminders – Generated when enquiries are closed as either sale or lost sale.
Time-based appointments – Displayed on the left-hand side.
Appointment Colour Coding:
Appointment Type | Colour |

Follow-ups | Yellow |
Appointments | Blue |
Test Drives | Orange |
Completed Test Drives | Grey |
Enquiries that are not progressed or rescheduled will automatically move to the Overdue Contacts list.
All Enquiry View
This view shows all enquiries, regardless of their due date or status.
Enquiry Colour Coding:

Other/Uncategorised | White |
Use this view to get a comprehensive picture of all active leads and enquiries.
Week View
Expands the left-hand diary section of the main view into a full weekly calendar.
You can:
Drag and drop entries to move them.
Stretch or shrink appointments to change the duration.
Double-click entries to amend their details.
Editing Diary Entries:
Double-click the appointment you wish to amend.
After making changes, untick the Pre-price vehicle stock option if needed.
Click Save and Close to confirm.
