Using Reports in Sales 360

This guide explains how to access and use the reporting features within the Sales 360 module of Navigator. These built-in tools help sales staff and managers monitor key information such as vehicle deliveries, stock availability, and current sales orders.

Sales 360 provides access to three primary reports:

  • Handover Diary

  • Stock List

  • Order Book


Accessing Reports

  1. Open Sales 360 from the Navigator menu.

  2. Click the Reports tab located in the top banner of the Sales 360 interface.

You’ll see a menu with the three report options.


1. Handover Diary

Purpose:

Displays all scheduled vehicle deliveries, allowing you to track and prepare for customer handovers.

How to Use:

  • Click Handover Diary.

  • View upcoming handovers by date.

  • Each entry provides:

    • Customer name

    • Vehicle details

    • Scheduled delivery time

Useful for managing the day’s activity and preparing vehicle handover documentation.


2. Stock List

Purpose:

Allows users to view the current status of all stock vehicles, whether new, used, or pipeline.

How to Use:

  • Click Stock List.

  • Filter by:

    • Stock number

    • Registration

    • Branch

    • Vehicle type (new, used)

  • Sort or search using headings such as:

    • Make/model

    • Retail price

    • Availability

Ideal for checking vehicle availability when handling new enquiries.


3. Order Book

Purpose:

Shows all active sales orders linked to your profile or branch. You can also make certain amendments before invoicing.

How to Use:

  • Click Order Book.

  • Review each entry’s:

    • Customer name

    • Vehicle details

    • Order status

    • Delivery schedule

  • Double-click an entry to:

    • View full details

    • Make allowed changes (if the vehicle has not been invoiced)

Essential for managing ongoing deals and keeping delivery schedules up to date.
