Two-way sms depends on the mobile number stored in the sms name field. Each branch has its own value. If this field is empty or changed, replies will fail.
When to use this
• You have enabled two-way SMS. Contact us if you don't have this set up.
• A branch reports missing SMS replies.
• You are setting up a new branch.
Steps
Go to Setup.
Open Branch Setup.
Check the SMS name field for each branch.
Enter the correct mobile number where needed. (ensuring it starts with 07 and not 44)
Save the branch record.
Result
Two-way SMS will use the stored mobile number. Replies will route back to the configured email address when the two way SMS was configured.
