Bringing in a Part Exchange before the new vehicle is delivered

If a part exchange (PX) vehicle arrives before the vehicle being purchased is ready, and you need to bring the PX into stock and account for it, follow these steps:

1. Access the Host Deal:

   • Navigate to the host deal.

2. Accept the PX Vehicle:

   • Go to the PX tab and accept the vehicle.

3. Pre-Adopt the Deal:

   • Tick the "Adopt" option to pre-adopt the PX into stock.
