Assign Enquires to Other Staff Members

It is common that a Sales Enquiry may need to be re-assigned to another Sales Executive.  For example, if enquiries are added by a call centre then they can be distributed to sales executives.


To re-assign a sales enquiry you need to open up the sales enquiry.

From here select Activicity (1) > Re-assign (2).

From here you can select a sales team (3), if you do not have specific sales teams you may have one team for all sales memembers.


From here you have two options (4).

1) You can double click an individual and assign the enquiry to them.

2) You can select assign to this group.

If you select assign to this group, the enquiry will be visable to all seams members within the group/team.

Once a sales member picks up the enquiry, it will be removedfrom the group.team and will be assigned to that individual.
