To create a sales enquiry manually, select the Create Enquiry button on the Sales 360 screen (see example below).
Navigator will first attempt to locate an existing customer or prospect in the database, allowing you to enter multiple search terms as needed.
If no match is found, you have the option to create a new customer or prospect record by selecting the New Customer button.
After the prospect record is created, the sales enquiry will automatically be generated and displayed (see example below).
Please ensure you complete the Enquiry Type and Source fields, as these are required.
