To access the Authority code setup, do the following:
Go the Setup Module and select General Setup > On General Setup select the tab for Authority Codes.
Please note - If this option is greyed out, you'll need to contact a manager who should have the privileges to access authority codes.
You can enter in a missing code or retype a code in the right hand box and using tab to save.
