How to Generate a Backdated Parts Stock List by Franchise

Navigator allows you to analyse parts stock under the nominal code *.10.60.80. You can also generate a backdated breakdown of parts stock values by franchise, which is especially useful for dealership accountants handling composite requirements.

Steps to Generate the Backdated Parts Stock List

1. Access the Reconcile Report

1. Go to Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Reports > Reconcile.

2. Select the Desired Date

1. Use the calendar to choose the date for which you need the parts stock breakdown.
2. Click Report to generate the data for that date.

3. View Parts Stock by Franchise

1. Once the report is generated, locate the nominal code *.10.60.80 for the desired branch.
2. Double-click the nominal code.

Analysis

• After double-clicking the nominal code, the parts stock details will display on the screen.
• You can review and analyse the breakdown by franchise for the selected date.
