Backdated Vehicle Stock - Make and Stock Analysis

Vehicle stock is typically analysed by department. However, if you need a breakdown by make—a detail that the trial balance cannot provide—you can achieve this through the Schedule Nominal Report.

To access this report, follow these steps:

1. Go to Main Menu > Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Reports > Schedule Nominal.

2. In the report, enter the specific nominal code and select how you want to schedule the nominal postings.

For this scenario, you can obtain a breakdown of Vehicle Stock by Make and Stock Record by entering the Vehicle Stock nominal code (e.g., Branch.Department.60.80) and scheduling it by the stock number.

3. After entering the necessary information, input a date and select Report. The system will generate a detailed breakdown of Vehicle Stock by Make and Stock Record.
