Backdated Vehicle stock - Make and Stock Analysis

Vehicle stock is analysed by Department.
Where there is a requirement to have a break down by Make, which the trial balance cannot provide, this can be achieved using the Schedule Nominal Report.

This report can be accessed through the Main Menu > Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Reports > Schedule nominal.

To use the report, you need to enter a specific nominal code and how you want to schedule the nominal postings.
In the scenario being described, this will allow access to the breakdown of the Vehicle Stock by Make and Stock record
Enter a Vehicle Stock nominal code (Branch.Department.60.80) and schedule it, using the stock No.
Once you have entered the information, enter a date and select Report. The system will then provide you with a breakdown of Vehicle Stock by Make and Stock Record..
