Nominal code 0.0.70.9 doesn't have any transactions associated with it. It represents the brought forward cumulative profit and loss figures from the previous year. At the end of each year, all the Profit & Loss accounts are zero'd, and the total is then transferred into this account as part of the balance sheet which keeps the accounts coming back to zero.
Which is why when you run a transaction report against it it appears to have no transactions against it (although will on the TB).
