I have created a new campaign, how do I pull data into it?

Once you have created your campaign, you will need to select a selection criteria up.


This can be done on a large number of criteria's, but in the below example we will be creating a campaign to select all customers on Navigator.


Firstly press "Edit Selection"


This will take you back into the selection criteria window with expandable menu's, the option we want is "date of creation" to select this single click the option.


You can now enter your date range - in this example we are going from 01/01/01 to 27/05/24 - then press add.


This selection criteria is now set.


Before saving, ensure your marketing campaign has a description, and the marketing methods of contact are selected, if these are left blank no data will populate on the campaign. Then press save.



Press "Re-Select" on the next screen to start populating the campaign, you will get an email once this has completed so please ensure this is only pressed once until you have
