  2. Modify Privileges:

    • Within the staff record, click on the Privileges tab.

    • Navigate to the Service category.

    • Tick the checkbox next to Service Digital Reception.

    • After adjusting privileges, click Save to apply changes.

  4. Final Step (Mandatory):

    • The user must log out of Navigator and then log back in to refresh their profile and access the newly enabled Digital Service Reception option in the Navigator menu bar.
