Creating a Bodyshop Estimate

Before you can generate bodyshop estimates, ensure that your bodyshop is correctly configured in the system. If configuration is required, contact the Helpdesk for assistance.

Steps to Create a Bodyshop Estimate

1. Access the Bodyshop Service Reception

• Navigate to Workshop > Service Reception within your bodyshop branch.

2. Start a New Estimate

• Click Appointment and search for the customer record.
• Select Requests and tick the option for Bodyshop Work.

3. Enter Estimate Details

• A dialogue box will appear, allowing you to enter:
  • Insurance information
  • Charges and additional charges
  • Excess amount
  • Description of work required
  • Labour costs
  • Parts required

4. Print and Save the Estimate

• Once all information is entered, you can print the estimate if needed.
• Click Close to save the estimate.

5. Book the Bodyshop Appointment

• Select the date for the bodyshop estimate.
• Click Create Appointment to finalise the booking.
