There are several reasons why a Service or MOT date might not appear to update:
"Due for" Removed from Job Description:
When creating an appointment, ensure that "MOT or Service Required" is selected. If the "Due for MOT" line is removed, the date won't update.MOT or Service Line Added Incorrectly:
If a line for MOT or Service is added after the booking, it must be done using "Add Request" rather than "Add Job." Additionally, ensure that the "Due for" field is not removed during this process.MOT Marked as "Fail":
If an MOT is marked as failed under "Complete MOT," the MOT date will not move forward. If this was done in error, you can select "Restart Job" and reprocess the MOT correctly.Standard Job Not Configured as an MOT Job:
The standard job needs to be configured with a job type of "MOT." You can set this in Workshop Parameters > Standard Jobs.
