Accessing the MOT Cleanse Function

To run the MOT Data Cleanse:

1. Go to Marketing > Marketing Database Management > Customer Data Cleansing
2. Select New MOT Cleanse

This will generate a list of vehicles requiring updates and provide a price based on the number of records being cleansed.

Completing the Data Cleanse

To finalise the data cleanse:

1. Double-click on the cleanse item.
2. Click Approve to complete the update.
