Steps to View Customer Activities
1. Access the Marketing Module
- Navigate to the Marketing Module from the main menu.
- Select the relevant Marketing Data Management to access customer activity reports.
2. Enter the Date Range
- Specify the desired date range for the activities you want to review.
- Example: Enter start and end dates to filter activities within a specific period.
3. Generate the Report
- Click Report to initiate the process.
- The system will generate a list of customers with activities that occurred within the specified date range.
