How do I merge customer records?

Get customer ID first, select the customer your keeping

Go into the customer record you want to keep in marketing 

Go to Actions . Merge customer, in other box put in customer ID that you want merging 

Select Yes 

Select Yes 

Then select OK 

You then get confirmation the record has merged
