How do I Create a Combination Labour Request Line?

This guide outlines how to add a request line that can partition the values between types. This can be used for example when charging on request line part to Customer and part to Warranty.

Step 1

You need to access Workshop Module, Service Reception sub categories 

Step 2

Enter the desired Job/Appointment, and create a Request line.

Please note Combination lines to not work with NON-Labour Request Lines

Step 3

On the Request Line you wish to combine you will need to click the Customer dropdown box, and select the "Combination" Type

You will then be presented with a box where you can decide, how to partition the costs.

You will need to ensure that the total value equals 100%, before clicking OK. Please note you can only use up to two decimal places
