Non-labour lines are used to charge for items that are not directly booked to a job but still incur a cost for the customer. Follow the steps below to create a non-labour line.

Steps to Create a Non-Labour Line:

  1. Access Non-Labour Charges:
    • Navigate to Service Parameters > Non-Labour Charges.
    • Select Create to begin adding a new non-labour line.

Purpose of Non-Labour Lines:

  • Non-labour lines are used to charge for costs that are not related to direct labor on a job, such as administrative fees or miscellaneous expenses.

Important Note:

  • Non-labour lines cannot be combined with other job lines as part of a split combination. They must be treated as separate charges.
