How to Amend Labour Rates on Job Types

This guide explains how to update labour rates within the Workshop Module in Navigator. Labour rates can vary based on Job Types, including General Labour Rates, Warranty Rates, and specific Job Types, so it’s essential to ensure rates are updated correctly across all relevant sections.

Steps to Amend Labour Rates

Step 1: Access the Workshop Module

1. Log in to Navigator and go to the Workshop Module.
2. Navigate to the Service Parameters section under the workshop settings.

Step 2: Open Labour Rates

1. From the toolbar, select Labour Rates.
2. This will open the Labour Rates configuration window.

Step 3: Adjust Labour Rates

1. In the Labour Rates window, update the desired rates for each relevant subsection.
   • Example: If the current rate is £126.00 and needs to be updated to £145.00, enter the new amount in the appropriate fields.
2. Review all relevant tabs to ensure the correct rates are applied:
   • General Labour Rates: Standard rates applied to most jobs.
   • Warranty Rates: Specific rates for warranty-related jobs.
   • Job Types: Custom rates for specific job categories.

Step 4: Save Changes

1. Once all adjustments are made, click Update to save the changes.
2. Confirm that all required sections have been updated to avoid discrepancies.
