How to Amend Warranty Labour Rates

In Navigator, warranty labour and part rates are make-specific. The system uses the vehicle make assigned to a job to determine the applicable warranty rate profile. If you need to update or correct these rates, follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Amend Warranty Labour Rates

1. Access the Warranty Rates:

   • Navigate to:
     Workshop > Service Parameters > Labour Rates > Warranty Rates

2. Load the Vehicle Make:

   • Select the specific make you wish to update.
   • The current warranty labour and part rates for this make will be displayed.

3. Amend the Rates:

   • Update the necessary fields for labour and parts rates.
   • Ensure that all changes are accurate and align with the updated warranty rate agreements.

4. Save Changes:

   • Once amendments are complete, click Save to finalise the updates.

  • Only users with manager privileges can access and modify warranty labour rates.
