Reprinting a sub contract order is sometimes necessary, especially if the Print checkbox was not ticked during the initial process. This guide provides a simple, step-by-step method to locate and reprint subcontract orders using the Service Manager’s Toolkit.


How to Reprint a Subcontract Order

  1. Access the Service Manager's Toolkit:

    • Navigate to Workshop > Service Manager’s Toolkit.
  2. Open the Reports Section:

    • Within the toolkit, go to Reports.
  3. Locate Goods In History:

    • Select the Goods In History option.
    • Search for the specific subcontract order you need to reprint.
  4. Reprint the Subcontract Order:

    • Once located, double click the line to view onscreen and press print to reprint.

Key Notes

  • Print Checkbox:
    If the Print checkbox was not selected during the original process, the order will still be accessible in the Goods In History section for reprinting.
  • Accurate Search:
    Ensure you use the correct date range or filters to locate the specific order quickly.
