How to Set Up Standard Jobs

This guide details the process for creating new standard job definitions, including adding labour times and pricing.

1. Navigate to Standard Job Setup

  1. Navigate to the service parameters via the menu: Workshop > Service Parameters > Standard Job.

  2. Select Standard Jobs.

2. Create or Select the Job Title

  1. Use the drop-down box to review existing standard services.

  2. If the job is new: Click Create Job.

    • Enter the job title and complete any other relevant header details.

  3. If amending an existing job: Select the job from the drop-down list.

3. Set Standard Times and Pricing

  1. Go to the Standard Times/Prices tab.

  2. Select Default Line to add the labour time and price that will be automatically used when this job is added to a job card.

4. Save Your Changes

  1. Click the top Update button to apply the current changes.

  2. Click the bottom Update button to finalise and save the entire standard job configuration.
