Getting an error when trying to post a receipt on a vehicle

The primary cause of posting errors is often the status of the vehicle.


If the vehicle is marked as CLOSED,PAID, you won’t be able to post a receipt against it. To proceed, you’ll need to reopen the deal before posting the receipt.


In essence, when a deal is CLOSED,PAID, it is locked and cannot be amended in any way.
