How Can I Identify Who Raised a Workshop Job or Line?

In Navigator, while you cannot directly view the specific individual who raised a workshop request line, you can identify the person who created the job by checking the History tab in the job screen.

Steps to Identify Who Created a Workshop Job

1️⃣ Access the Workshop Job

• Navigate to the Workshop Module
• Open the specific workshop job in question

2️⃣ Go to the History Tab

• Click on the History tab within the job screen
• Look at the appointment details to see who created the job

3️⃣ Review Appointment Creator

• The individual who made the appointment will be displayed
• This person is the one who initially created the job
