You can add additional columns to any of your ledger reports, such as the trial balance.
To do this:
- Navigate to Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Utilities > Setup.
- In the Setup section, go to the Ledger Reports tab.
- Select the report you want to amend from the dropdown menu—using the Trial Balance as an example.
- Click Add and choose your new column from the list.
Be sure not to add the same column twice, as this will cause the report to fail.
