How to Add Additional Columns to a Transaction Report

  1. Navigate to Nominal Ledger.
  2. Go to Utilities > Transaction Report > Setup > Transaction Reports.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the report you wish to modify.
  4. Under Displayed Columns, click Add.
  5. Single-click the line from the list and specify a column width (choose a value between 1 and 30).
  6. Click OK to add the column.

Important: Before adding a column, check to ensure it is not already included, as duplicate columns may prevent the transaction report from running correctly.
