Why Are My Sundry Invoices Printing Without Headers?

Modified on Tue, 10 Sep at 2:08 PM

In Navigator, forms are configured at a branch level, while accounts are managed at a company level. This means:

  • A single sales ledger account can be accessed from multiple branches within the same company.
  • If you create a sundry invoice in one branch, but the form's headers and footers are only configured for another branch, the headers will not appear on the invoice.

Solution:

To ensure headers and footers print correctly on sundry invoices across all branches:

  1. Configure Headers and Footers:
    • Make sure that each branch has its headers and footers properly configured in the Forms Designer.

By configuring the necessary elements for each branch, you ensure that headers and footers appear as expected on all sundry invoices.
