If a customer no longer appears when searching in Navigator, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Archived Record
- The customer’s record may have been archived if they haven't visited the workshop for an extended period.
Deleted Record
- The record may have been deleted manually by someone within your organisation.
Solution
If you cannot locate the customer in Navigator, the recommended action is to create a new customer record.
- Any vehicle history linked to the customer’s vehicle will be automatically retrieved.
- This is because vehicle history is archived by chassis number, ensuring all relevant service details remain accessible.
