How To Deal With Deleted Customer

If a customer no longer appears when searching in Navigator, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Archived Record

    • The customer’s record may have been archived if they haven't visited the workshop for an extended period.
  2. Deleted Record

    • The record may have been deleted manually by someone within your organisation.

Solution

If you cannot locate the customer in Navigator, the recommended action is to create a new customer record.

  • Any vehicle history linked to the customer’s vehicle will be automatically retrieved.
  • This is because vehicle history is archived by chassis number, ensuring all relevant service details remain accessible.
